He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" of Cook; his children, Tammy Ottens of New York and Chris Funk (Sharon) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Bryce, Peyton, Kyle, Logan, Justin, Garrett and Hayden; his close friends, Ray Bufkin, Jimmy Evans, Bill Bellamy and David Porter; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
