He was predeceased by: his father Roger C. Williams; and his brothers, Bob Williams and Daniel Williams. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Synder; and his children, Dusty Williams, Crystal Williams and Brian Lugenbil. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
