He is survived by: his wife Karen Wagner; his son Todd (Jessica); his grandchildren, Evan and Catherine of Lincoln, NE; his son Trent (Amy); his grandchildren, Andrew and Emily of Gretna, NE; his daughter Erin Neuhaus (John); his grandchildren, Natalie, Ella, Grant and Reid of Colorado Springs, CO; his nephew Rob Napp of Houston, TX; and his niece Alisa Leslie (Ron).

Memorials are suggested to St. Bonaventure Church or Sammy's Superhero's Foundation.
