He is survived by: his wife Vilma Bailly; his children, Richard Bailly (Paige), Chris Bailly (Ciara), Stephanie Bailly and Sarita Bailly (Anthony); and his siblings, Helen McGreevy (Bill), Patricia Matts, Richard Bailly (Marty), Jean Orvlosky (Mike), Ruth Wittig (Mike) and Mary Rooney.
