He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred M. Pfeifer and Catherine Pfeifer (Ketterer); his former wife Lucille Pfeifer (Podany); his wife Ardis Pfeifer (Cederholm); and his sister Annie Waddell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ted Pfeifer and Julie Holst; his children, Diana Lacy (Gary), Linda Schmidt (Chuck), Thomas Pfeifer, David Pfeifer and Cindy Jerabek (Jamie); his grandchildren, Ben Lacy (Jessica), Amanda Krajnik (Nate), Adam Schmidt, Nathan Schmidt (Katrina), Jaime Bernardo (Cody), Emily Pfeifer, John Pfeifer, Sean Pfeifer, Brooke Pfeifer, Avery Jerabek and Paxton Jerabek; his great grandchildren, Alaina Lacy, Anthony Lacy, Izzy Lacy, Christopher Krajnik, Havillynn Oudeman, Ryan Schmidt, Lana Schmidt, Nora Schmidt, Daphne Bernardo and Cooper Bernardo; his former wife Joan Lewis (Lewis); his sister-in-law Judy Pfeifer; and his daughter-in-law Therese Maher.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark's United Methodist Church (8550 Pioneers Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68520).
