He was predeceased by: his wife Ilene Marie Anderson (Searles); his parents, Merrill Raymond Anderson and Helen Irene King (King); his brother Merlin Anderson; and his grandson Craig Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Keyes of Columbus, Lynita Gehring (Merlin) of Columbus, Rachel Walker (Kelvin) of Columbus, Randy Anderson (Lorelie) of Columbus, Stephen Anderson (Janell) of Columbus, Jerry Anderson (Karen) of Columbus, Greg Anderson (Beth) of Columbus, Ricky Anderson (MaryAnn) of Columbus and Eric Anderson of Platte Center; and his siblings, Keith Anderson (Rita) of Beatrice and Pauline Wells of Wisconsin. He is also survived by 45 grandchildren, 125 great grandchildren, 35 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bible Baptist Church (1771 43rd Ave, Columbus, NE 68601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
