She is survived by: her husband Rolland DeBower; her son Mike Bessire (Stephanie) of Ada, OK; her grandchildren, Callie Monroe (Darrell), Nicholas Bessire, Bethany Walling (Mark) and Paula Vanderveer (Chris); her daughter Sheryl Heath of Minden, NE; her grandchildren, Paul Heath (Mindy) and Kyle Heath (Jessica); her son Todd Bessire (Faith) of Missouri Valley, IA; her grandchildren, Kelly Evans (Jaime), Joey Cipolla and Justice Cipolla; her daughter Stacey Sanders (Lee) of Omaha, NE; her grandsons, Joshua Hambright and Jeremy Hambright (Natalie); her son Richard DeBower (Mary) of Schuyler, NE; her grandchildren, Amanda Jedlicka (Clay), Sarah Woehl, Megan Slonecker (Josh), Nicholas DeBower and Brandon DeBower; her daughter Rolla Jean DeBower of Norfolk, NE; her granddaughters, Emily Hoefer (Brady) and Rachael Hoefer (Branson); her son Ross DeBower (Pamela) of Columbus, NE; and her grandchildren, Colton DeBower (Caitlin), Logan Evans (Tyler) and Cabe DeBower.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gass Haney Funeral Home (2109 14th St, Columbus, NE 68601). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Luke's United Church of Christ (1072 21st Ave, Columbus, NE 68601).
