He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wurdinger and Josephine Wurdinger (Pflanz); his wife Delores (Lori); and his sons, David Wurdinger Brothers, Clarence, Darrell, Richard and Marlin.

He is survived by: his children, Douglas Wurdinger of Columbus, Dana Wurdinger (Peg) of Columbus, DeAnna Brandt (Tim) of Columbus and Denise Marr of West Point. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren 23 Great Grandchildren.
