We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2024, at the age of 65, Dennis Grape of Columbus, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Dennis farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Dennis is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil Grape. He is survived by: his mother Carole Grape (Brown) of Columbus; his wife Betty Peterson of Columbus; his children, Wendy Ebert (Eric) of Columbus, Carrie Samuelson (Randy Heins) of Columbus and Kevin Rinke of Columbus; and his siblings, Kenny Grape of Omaha, Glen Grape of Omaha and Penny Carlson Ogdensburg (Tommy). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McKown Funeral Home (2922 13th St, Columbus, NE 68601).
