With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lauretta Fae Barnes of Cody, Nebraska, born in Rosebud, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nettie Turgeon (Davis) and Francis Turgeon; her husband Garth Barnes; and her siblings, Laura Behrends, Frances Halligan, Dolor, Dick, Ben and Ray Turgeon.
She is survived by: her brother Jerry Turgeon; and her children, Steve, Lissa and Kirk. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
