He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Fremont Eberly and Leona Eberly (Sieck); his brother Deon Eberly; and his great-niece Charlsee Ray Eberly. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary (Wava) and Leon (Sharon); and his nieces, Jo Jean, Jamie Eberly and Julie Hilliker Gordon (Chris).
