He was predeceased by: his brother Christopher Goodrich; and his grandson Forrest. He is survived by: his parents, Addison Sr. Haverstick and Dorthea Hankins Haverstick; his wife Sarah Peters; his children, Brett (Bailey), Christopher (Hailey), Brianna, Kadyn, Keyfer, Koda and Rayann; his siblings, Brian Woodard (Misty), Timothy Woodard (Kelly), Tyler Speer (Jess), Agatha Pickering (Paul), Kristine Fredrick (Frank), Katrina Huston, Sheila Bellar (Ray) and Colleen Joseph; his father-in-law Rich Peters; and also, Lucky, Charlie, Bow and Spud. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
