We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2024, at the age of 99, Mary Ellen Wenske of Clay Center, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Alma Smith (Milegar); her husband Alvin C. Wenske; and her brother Darrel Smith. She is survived by: her sister Jeannette (Ron Nall) of Grand Island, NE; and her sister-in-law Shirley Smith of Hastings, NE. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the McLaughlin Funeral Chapel (204 W Johnson St, Clay Center, NE 68933).
