Leah Wagner wrote a sympathy message

“In loving memory of Carol Jean (Lobb) Kiolbasa, Someone so special will not be forgotten. It is a different world with Carol gone; a bit less cheerful. She laughed so easily and was full of love that she shared with everyone who knew her. I remember visiting her when I was little and playing with Mike & Barbie. Seeing & talking with her at my Dad's funeral was a great comfort to my Mom & me. I'll hold those memories close. A great woman to have known, and she will be so missed.”
