He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Schachenmeyer and Velma "Dot" Schachenmeyer (Schlichtemeier); his wife Jo Schachenmeyer; his children, Jennifer Jung (Bruce), Debra Jacobsen (Aaron), Lori Rousseau (Justin), Amy Holliday and Ed Schachenmeyer (Kyndra); his grandchildren, Colton Rupprecht (Heather), Ethan Rupprecht (Londyn), Anson Jacobsen, Avery Jacobsen, Libby Rousseau, Isabel Rousseau, Andrew Holliday, Emaline Holliday and Carter Schachenmeyer; his great grandchildren, Chloe Jo Rupprecht, River Rupprecht, Dylan Dendinger, Kailyn Dendinger and Madilyn Dendinger; his sisters, Leora (John Riechers) and Judy Bergmeyer (Jerry); and his cousin Dorane Baehr. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
