He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael W. Collins and Mary Ann Collins (Peine). He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Rebman; his daughters, Michelle R. Geddes (Rick) of Carver and Amanda R. Brokaw (Josh) of Lincoln, Nebraska; his siblings, Ron Collins (Eunice) of Olathe and Catherine Bennett (Rod) of Overland Park; his grandchildren, Laura Powell and Quinton Geddes of Carver, Minnesota; his parents-in-law, Gail and Fran Sawyer of Desoto; his brother Sam; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Messer of Olathe and Gene Rebman of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by 6 nephews, 1 niece, 4 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew.
