He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Patton and Rachel Patton (Maness); and his sisters, Betty Kirk, Hattie Mae Chastain, Bessie Patton, Tressie Hart and Marie Daugherty.
He is survived by: his wife June Patton; his children, Jennie Patton, Cristine Lopez, Hank Patton (Kristy) and Rhonda Kealey; and his siblings, Rosalea McConnell (Dennis) and Elsie Foster. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
