She is survived by : her son Michael Horak (Laura) of Bellevue, NE; her grandchildren, Matthew Horak and Stephanie Amador; her great grandchildren, Micah, Noah, Jonah, Josiah, Kaiah Horak, Elizabeth and Jacob Amador; her children, Margaret "Maggie" Horak of Lincoln, NE and Mark Horak (Kathy) of La Vista, NE; her grandsons, Andrew, Alex and Evan Horak; her great grandchildren, Joanna and Graycen; her sister Vera Karel of Lincoln, NE; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Tuma (Dean) of Omaha, NE and Janet Horak of Port Charlotte, FL..
