He was predeceased by: his parents, Perle Rieken and Delsa Rieken (Gibb); his son Kevin Rieken; his great grandchild Katlyn Kelley; his brothers, Lyle Rieken (Carol), Bill Rieken (Donna) and Ronald Carlson; and his sister-in-law Monica Ostrander.
He is survived by: his wife Zola Ostrander of Clarks; his children, Richard Rieken (Jeannette) of Clarks, Raedene Lamb (Tim) of Haymarket, VA, Robert Rieken (Jolene) of Osceola and Kenny Rieken (Lu) of Fullerton; his brother Tom Rieken (Jeri) of Norfolk; and his siblings-in-law, Clifford Ostrander (Carol Phillips) of Grand Island and Betty Carlson of Grand Island. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
