He was predeceased by: his father William James Booth. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Booth (Bell) of Central City; his siblings, Michael Booth (Wendy) of Woodland Park, CO, Bill Booth (Traci) of Ainsworth and Kim Konwinski; and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Karrie, Jack, Kamron Booth, Blake, Isaac, Calie, Addah Booth, Ashley Harouff and Jessica Boyles.

Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated in honor of Matt at a later time.
