She is survived by: her son Phil Matousek of Elizabeth City, N. C; and her grandchildren, Brian, Audra Haas of Kearney, Lisa, Adam Neef of Olympia, Lori Haas, Max Mershon of Colorado and Joey Matousek of Elizabeth City, N. C..
