She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Orth and Martha Orth (Blanke); her husband Fred Ira Schlake; her children, Lonnie Schlake and Peggy Schlake; and her siblings, Pauline Bronson, Wilma Weigand, Melvin Orth and Alvin Orth. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and other extended family.
