He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Matt Kalb (Karen) of Chappell, Adam Kalb of Lodgepole, Jay Weeter (Laura) of Sioux City, IA, Dustin Weeter (Cristina) of Omaha, NE and Mindy Crossland (Justin) of Yuma, CO; and his pet Annie. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave's name can be made to Adopt-A-Dog in Chappell, the Alzheimer's Association or the Veteran's Association of America.
