She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wills and Eva Wills (Simpson) of Alliance, Nebraska.; her sisters, Irene and Verna; her husband Sid Cotton; and her son-in-law Denny Mekelburg.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Mekelburg, Fritz Miller (Deanna) and Tuff Cotton (Ira Sidney Jr.); her grandchildren, BJ Mekelburg (Jill), Jamie Jo Axtell (Brian), Cameron Miller, Cody Miller (Tana), Caila Botha (Arno), Chase Cotton and Addison Cotton; and her brother Dale. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, many of her sandhills family and friends and her companion.
