He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Williams and Lavetta Williams (Hollister); and his brothers, Earl and Ronnie Williams. He is survived by: his wife Donna Williams; his siblings, Melvin, Ernest Williams, LaVon Pullins, Roma Sutter and Mary Davis; and his niece Deloris Fitzsimons. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
