It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Arlene Fleek of Chambers, Nebraska, born in Atkinson, Nebraska, who passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Rickard and Doris Rickard (Reiselt); and her brothers, Alan Rickard, Martin Rickard and Marvin Rickard.

She is survived by: her husband Ed Fleek; her children, Ryan Fleek (Cari) of Elk Point, SD, Kurt Fleek (Jona) of Kearney, NE and Darci Macklem (Russell) of Chambers, NE; her grandchildren, Jon Fleek, Joshua Fleek (Sarah), Rachel Fleek, Cooper Fleek, Meshya Moschenross, Molly Fleek, Cole Macklem (Natasha), Dylan Macklem (Haley Thompson) and Keithan Coufal; her great grandchildren, Paislee Fleek and Cheyenne Enquist; her siblings, Verlin Rickard (Pat) of Dorchester, NE, Gary Rickard of O'Neill, NE, Warren Rickard (Peg) of Atkinson, NE, Glenda Mudloff (Dale) of O'Neill, NE, Vicki Tomjack (Bill) of Chambers, NE and Darla Cox (Rick) of Lincoln, NE; and her sister-in-law Shelley Rickard. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
