We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2023, at the age of 81, Bertie Mikkelsen of Chambers, Nebraska, born in Alliance, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Miles and Alberta Miles (Morford); her sister Marjorie Miles; her great grandchild Kinsley; her siblings, Bernard, Bart Miles and Sammie Rowse; and her brother-in-law Eddie Grenier.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Mikkelsen; her children, Donya Mikkelsen (Delbert Wade) of O'Neill, Arwin Mikkelsen (Laura) of Tilden and Burton Mikkelsen (Valerie) of Gandy; her grandchildren, Brandi Mikkelsen, Derrick Bronzynski, Hagen Mikkelsen, Stetson Mikkelsen and Sage Mikkelsen; her great grandchildren, Braxton, Khloe and Oakley; and her sisters, Cindy Fluckey (Calvin) of Plainview and Sue Kissell (Greg) of Sargent. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
