She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Loy Billings (JL) and Myrtle Mary Billings (Reynolds); her husband John K. Foster; her son Samuel Allen; her granddaughter Laura Lea; and her brothers, Virgil and Dale.
She is survived by: her friend Church; her daughters, Connie Foster of Oxford and Donna Bostron (Conrad) of Gering; and her grandchildren, Shawn Garner (Cassie) of Lincoln, Surena McMullen (Chris) of Grand Island, Subrena Garner of Norfolk, Allen Bostron and Bethany Soye (Ryan) of Sioux Falls.
She belonged to RSVP, Red Hatters, Farm Bureau and attended New Hope Friends Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be given to the Hay Springs Ambulance or New Hope Friends Church.
