He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter Shelby (Earl); his great grandchildren, Zachariah (Jessica) and Lincoln; his granddaughter Ashten (Grant Stewart); and his siblings, Betty Martin (Norm) and Steve Koller (Patricia). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
