He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Thomas and Olive Curd (Calhoun). He is survived by: his brother John (Jack); his children, Kathleen, Andrew, David, Jean Marie, Matthew, Philip, Leo, Julie, Alan and Jennifer; his spouse Jackie Jenkins Howell of Denver; his sister Margueritte Lorraine of Grand Island; and his sister-in-law Lucille D. of Alameda. He is also survived by 10 children and spouses, 22 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
