He is survived by: his wife Helen Ilene Baird; his brothers, Floyd of Chadron and Kenneth of Alameda, CA; his sons, Harry of Chadron and Randy (Rene) of Alliance, NE; his grandchildren, Rayna Woodward (Dan) of Rapid City, SD and Ryan Waggener of Aurora, CO; and his great grandchild Samuel Isaac Woodward.
