She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Crom and Willa Crom (Weldon); her siblings, Bonnie, Melvin and Marvin Crom; her husbands, Wilford Scott (Shorty) and Lewis Mendenhall; her sons-in-law, George Raney, Gary Sellers and Paul Bubna; and her great grandchild Emily Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Raney, Bonnie Adams (Virgil), Billie Jo Medin (James), Patti Sellers, Marian Beutler (Ralph), Helen Mendenhall, Mark Mendenhall (Jami) and Jane Mendenhall; and her nieces, Mary Lou Marshall and Rosemarie Meradith. She is also survived by 12 children, 44 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in her honor to Open Door for Missions, Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF), Gideons International, or Chadron Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Booster.
