He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Muenchau and Rhoda Muenchau; his wife Darlene; and his grandson Anthony. He is survived by: his son Gary Muenchau; his grandson Christopher Muenchau of Chadron; his children, Alan Muenchau of Fairfax and Lou Ann Muenchau; his grandchild Lowell T. Muenchau (Lily); his great grandchildren, Leo Saine-Reed of California, Michael Saine of Chadron and Natalie Saine of Chadron; his granddaughter Dana Muenchau; and also, Chadron Muenchau, Barb Muenchau, Darla Saine-Reed (Trevor) and Castle Rock.
