He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor L Duncan, Jr. and Mary Jane Duncan (Jacobs); and his siblings, Mike, Patty and Theresa.
He is survived by: his close friends, Cassie and Lady; his siblings, John (Linda) and Dori (Mike); his niece Patricia Duncan (Deb Cahoon); and his nephews, Mike Mower, Casey Mills, Brandon Mills and Phillip Duncan.
