He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Lawrence Jacobs (Colleen); his nieces, Jessica Staman (Maclin) and Jeana Jacobs (James Brown); his nephew Joshua Jacobs (Heather); his close friend Zeke Seegrist; his parents, Imogene Jacobs and Howard Jacobs; and his brothers, Odell and Linn Jacobs.
A memorial has been established FOR the Chadron American Legion Honor Guard and donations may be sent in care of Chamberlain Chapel, PO BOX 970, CHADRON, NE 69337.
