He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Brownlow and Ruth Brownlow; his wife Sharon Brownlow; his son Neal Allen; his grandsons, Ronald Levi Leach and Matthew James Koncaba; and his sisters, Phyllis Rose and Margaret Talbot.
He is survived by: his spouse Ardyth Rose; and his children, Jimmy Ray, Robert Neal Brownlow, Joanne Marcene Lintt and Gayle Lee Brownlow. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and a host of friends.
