He is survived by: his parents, Kristy Shoemaker and David Lewis; his adoptive father Travis Shoemaker; his son Noah; his sisters, Brooke, Janaye Shoemaker and Daveigha Lewis; his grandparents, Gene Kling, Jinny Shoemaker and Linda Lewis; and his great-grandparent Norma Todd. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
