She was predeceased by: her parent Yukiko "Cookie" Horn. She is survived by: her father Lyle Horn; her children, Mark Horn II of Lincoln, NE and Sara Smith of Chadron, NE; and her siblings, Mark Horn (Cammy) of Billings, MT and Connie Lutz (John) of Scottsbluff, NE. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children.
To honor Deb's love of animals, the family asks that memorials be made to Friends of Pets or the charity of the donor's choice.
