She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luther Thomas and Myrtle Thomas; her husband Kenneth L. Garner; her children, Sheri Russell (Randy) of Ohio, Mona Hill of Maryland, Tamorah Brauer (Timothy) of Texas and Kenneth Joe Garner (Chris) of Maryland; her grandchildren, Kayden, Mylee, Harlan and Case Kvistad; her siblings, Daniel Thomas (Mary) of Texas and Esther Hensen (Lyle); her sister-in-law Becky Thomas; and her brothers, David Thomas, Samuel Thomas and Jonathan Thomas.
A memorial has been established Our Savior's Lutheran Church or the American Legion Auxiliary and donations may be sent in care of.
