He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Wineteer and Ada Wineteer; his significant other Leona "Onie" Jackson; his brother Robert; and his daughter-in-law Terri Wineteer.
He is survived by: his sons, Clifford (Mindy), Lance (Jeanette) and Darrel (Mona); his sisters, Xenile Nixon and Betty Howell (Jack); and his sister-in-law Leoda Ray. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
