He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hanford, Voyne Johnson of Alliance, Ralph and Betty Speas of Crawford; and his father Gordon Johnson.
He is survived by: his brother Gerald; his mother Sara Johnson of Crawford; and his siblings, Vickie (Tom Gilliam) of Exeter, Missouri and Burl (Ruth Johnson, Gerald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
