Betty Reading Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2021, at the age of 91, Betty Reading of Chadron, Nebraska passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Reading to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lura Feldhausen (Clayton) and John Feldhausen; her husband John Reading; her son John Michael; and her brother Clayton Feldhausen.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Schulte of Elkhorn, NE and Steve Reading (Arlene) of Atlanta, GA; and her daughter-in-law Kay Marley (Wendel) of Arimo, ID. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for The Newman House at Chadron State College. Donations may be sent in care of Chamberlain Chapel, PO Box 970, Chadron, NE 69337.
