She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kruse and Pearl Kruse (Butler); her husband Bob Chizek; her son Bruce Chizek; and her grandson Craig Chizek.
She is survived by: her son John Chizek (Vicki); her grandson Roger Chizek (Carrie); her great grandchildren, Ryan Chizek, Nik Chizek (Karissa), Tommy, Jady Chizek, Aaron and Victor Chizek; and her daughter-in-law Lois Chizek. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
