It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Balfany (Chadron, Nebraska), born in Martin, South Dakota, who passed away on December 11, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald A. Balfany; and her sons, William Balfany and Ronald Balfany. She is survived by: her parents, Earl Grass and Carol Phyllis Grass; her daughter Dawn Bilby (Bert) of Chadron; her granddaughters, Jamie Badstieber (Chad) of Columbus, Roni Daniels (Nuly) of Ainsworth, Brandi Roylance (John) of Riverton, Bayli Bilby and Trace Bilby of Chadron; her great grandchildren, Carter, Maddison, Kenley, Tyrin, Zaily, Trystan and Ashton; her great great grandchild Daxton; and her siblings, Barbara Hagerman-Kokesh (Don), Phyllis Kearns (Jim), Rachel Hoffman, Stan Grass (Connie), Wayne Grass and Ike Grass.
