He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Jane Stanley and John R. Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Stanley; his brother Thomas Stanley; his children, Jackie Stanley, JP Stanley, Tasha Wheeler, Richard Stanley, Elizabeth Stanley and Nolan Van Zandt; and his stepchildren, Mitch Yost and Anna Yost. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
