He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco E. Ruybalid and Deluvina Ruybalid (Lujan). He is survived by: his wife Carol Porath of Central City; and his children, Rick (Kim Ruybalid), Rosalyn (Dallas Schrock), Jon (Leslie Ruybalid), Rod (Teri Ruybalid) and Joél (Anita Ruybalid). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
