He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Foulk and Marjorie Foulk (Sinsel); his wife Joan Jefferson; and his son Tom. He is survived by: his children, Bob (Jan Foulk), Don (Robin Foulk) and Julie (Jim Wajda); and his siblings, Alice Torpin and Burt Foulk. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Central City or Clarks Rescue Squads, or to the family to direct to one of his many volunteer charitable organizations.
