He is survived by: his sons, Allen Michael of Aurora and Derek Scott of Aurora; his siblings, Roger McCullough (Linda) of Liberal, KS, Beverly Carlson of Chappell, Magi Brabander of Central City, Willa Hunnicutt (Daryl) of Giltner, Craig Fruit (Joan) of Giltner and Denise Schrock of Giltner; and his brother-in-law Mark Evans of Nevada, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
