It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loris J. Dankert of Central City, Nebraska, who passed away on May 24, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Loris J. Dankert to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fechtner and Minnie Fechtner (Glause); her husband Melvin Dankert; her son Greg Dankert; and her daughter-in-law Sue Dankert.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Dankert of Covington, GA and Cheryl; her children-in-law, Casey Earl of Palmer and Pam Dankert of Elba; her grandchildren, Brian Dankert, Cristy Vaccaro (Leon), Heidi Stelk (Evan), Holly Miller (Max), Rochelle Johnson (DeWayne), Shaina Corwin (Mitch), Lucas Leach and David Bresley; and her sister-in-law Jeannie Dankert of Grand Island. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Memorials are suggested to St. John's Lutheran Church for future mission projects.
