She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Urban and Matilda Urban (Jedlicka); her husband Arnold Neuhaus; and her sisters, Arlene Petersen (Leroy) and Donnette Reichmuth.
She is survived by: her sons, Allan (Nannette Neuhaus), Darwin (Kay Neuhaus) and Randy (Mary Beth Neuhaus); her brother-in-law Alvin Reichmuth; and also Award. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
